Butterfly fresh prawns leaving shell only on tail.
Heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes on high heat. Make sure not to burn garlic.
Add green onions.
Dredge prawns in flour, salt and pepper.
Pan fry with garlic and onions one side at a time until cooked.
Should cook very quickly. (1-2 minutes per side). Serve hot and eat instantly! Delicious!
